At Child Development Resources (CDR), it is our priority to keep our employees and their families safe and healthy. As the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) continues to spread globally, CDR is taking appropriate precautions to address the outbreak by following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). August Dear Parent/Provider The budget act of 2017 (Assembly Bill 99, Chapter 15, Statutes of 2017) amended California Education Code (EC) sections 8263 and 8263.1, among other sections which resulted in the revision to State Median Income and the need to revise the Family Fee Schedule. In accordance with existing EC, families will continue to be assessed a flat monthly fee based on hours of care certified for the month, income and family size.
